Shipping & Processing
Shipping and processing charges are assessed on all orders based on the retail value of the merchandise being purchased after any item discounts but before any promotional order level discounts are applied. Keep the following in mind when determining how much shipping and processing charges will be assessed.
* Service options for shipping are "Standard", "2nd Day" and "Express" (see below).
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $25 Offer valid until December 31st. Qualifying amount applies to merchandise only and does not include taxes, shipping and handling or other charges. Offer valid for standard shipping on orders delivered within the continental United States. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice.
HOLIDAY Delivery Orders received on in stock items placed by 12:00 Eastern Standard Time December 21st will be delivered by December 24th when Express Shipping has been selected (additional charges apply). Please plan accordingly.

Standard Service - Standard service is provided via ground service with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected within 7-10 business days, Monday-Saturday.
Second Day or Express Service - For Second Day or Express Service, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 2pm (ET). Orders placed after 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm (ET) and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Sorry, Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Second Day and Express Service are not available to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and some rural areas of the U.S. A signature may be required for delivery.
Payment Methods
While SPEEDtv offers several payment options when making a purchase, including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery. SPEEDtv does NOT accept COD (or cash-on-delivery) orders.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're NOT, just return it! When making a return, simply follow the instructions on the back of the invoice that was included with your order. Address labels are provided. And don't forget to tell us why you are returning or exchanging the items. The return center address is as follows:

Price Adjustments
